What's included in the Free plan?
The complete serial terminal with all features: port connection & configuration, data buffer with ASCII/HEX modes, macros (M1–M6), triggers, Lua scripting engine, MCU programmer (ESP8266/ESP32/STM32/AVR), logging, themes, multi-language support. Everything except the AI assistant is free.
What counts as an "AI query"?
One AI query = one message you send to the AI assistant. The AI's response (no matter how long) counts as part of the same query. Follow-up messages are separate queries.
What happens when I run out of queries?
The AI assistant will be unavailable until your monthly quota resets (on your billing date). All other features — terminal, macros, triggers, scripting, flashing — continue to work normally. You can upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts.
Do I need an internet connection?
The serial terminal and all core features work completely offline. The AI assistant requires an internet connection to process your queries.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through our secure payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
