π Usage Guidelines
Effective date: March 24, 2026
These Usage Guidelines form an integral part of the ComIO.Studio Terms of Service and define prohibited actions and expected standards of conduct when using the Application.
1. System Integrity
You may not:
- Use the AI Assistant in Managed Mode in any way other than through the official ComIO.Studio Application, unless explicitly permitted by the Operator.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Operator's AI proxy endpoint, authentication mechanism, or internal API.
- Attempt to circumvent limits, credit controls, or authentication mechanisms.
- Create multiple accounts, keys, or activation paths to circumvent subscription or usage limits.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to mass-submit AI queries without authorisation.
2. Unlawful Activities
You may not:
- Submit queries containing illegal content, malware, or content designed to abuse the AI model or related systems.
- Use the AI Assistant to generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Improper Communication
You may not:
- Share, sell, rent, or transfer the License Key or License Credential to unauthorised third parties.
- Resell AI responses or use the AI Assistant as backend for your own commercial AI product or service without the Operator's consent.
4. AI System and License Abuse
You may not:
- Use AI services in a disproportionate manner aimed at exhausting resources or disrupting the service for other users.
- Attempt to manipulate the billing system, credits, or subscription mechanisms.
5. Hardware Safety
You may not:
- Use the Application or any Executive Function to cause dangerous motion or activate devices without first ensuring the independent technical and organisational safeguards required by Β§8.6 of the Terms of Service and without performing the validation and testing required by Β§8.4.
- Rely solely on the Application, AI Assistant, or any Executive Function for the safety of persons, property, technological processes, or the work environment without independent technical and organisational safeguards.
6. Consequences
Violation of the above rules may result in: temporary suspension or permanent termination of access to paid AI features, restriction or deactivation of the account, without the right to a refund for the current billing period.
The Operator reserves the right to take action in case of unusual usage patterns, suspected abuse, unauthorised sharing, or security risks.
