1. Basic rule

Use ComIO.Studio legally, safely, and only with systems you are allowed to access.

2. Do not abuse licenses or services

You must not:

  • share, sell, rent, publish, or bypass a license key or license credential;
  • overload the Operator’s website, license server, or infrastructure;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Operator’s systems;
  • reverse engineer security or activation mechanisms except where mandatory law allows it.

3. Do not use the Application for unlawful activity

You must not use ComIO.Studio to:

  • break law or third-party rights;
  • attack, damage, or access systems without permission;
  • create, test, deploy, or operate malware, destructive code, or unauthorized exploit tools;
  • hide identity for fraud or abuse.

4. Hardware safety

ComIO.Studio can affect real devices.

You must not rely on the Application, AI Assistant, scripts, macros, commands, or generated code as the only safety measure.

Use independent safeguards before working with machines, actuators, firmware, industrial systems, or any environment where failure can cause damage.

5. AI output

You must verify AI output before using it.

You are responsible for code, commands, configuration, and decisions made from AI suggestions.

6. Consequences

The Operator may suspend or terminate access if there is abuse, license sharing, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, or breach of these rules.
