Last Updated: May 2, 2026
1. Scope
These Usage Guidelines apply to ComIO.Studio in the Free plan, including the desktop application, Free session registration, website, support, information or promotional panel, and related services.
They are part of the Terms of Service.
2. General rule
Use ComIO.Studio lawfully, safely, and responsibly.
You are responsible for your devices, commands, macros, files, local settings, and the consequences of using them.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use ComIO.Studio or the Operator’s services to:
- break the law or help others break the law;
- attack, overload, scan, disrupt, or bypass systems without authorization;
- create, test, deploy, or operate malware, destructive code, or unauthorized exploit tools;
- bypass plan limits, paid-plan boundaries, session tokens, security limits, or update mechanisms;
- submit content you do not have the right to submit;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights;
- harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or harm others;
- generate or operate unsafe instructions for real hardware without independent testing and safeguards.
4. Do not abuse the Operator’s services
You must not:
- overload the Operator’s website, infrastructure, or servers that deliver the information panel;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Operator’s systems;
- reverse engineer the Application’s security or mechanisms to bypass them, except where mandatory law allows it.
5. Safety and hardware
ComIO.Studio can affect real devices.
You must not rely on the Application, macros, commands, or any application output as the only safety measure.
Use independent safeguards before working with machines, actuators, firmware, industrial systems, or any environment where failure can cause damage.
6. Information or promotional panel
The panel in the Free plan may show information or promotional content delivered by the Operator or infrastructure selected by the Operator.
You must not modify or bypass the panel using tools that break the integrity of the Application or these Terms. Standard operating system settings, such as blocking the Application’s internet access in a firewall, are not a breach by themselves.
7. Consequences
Violation of these Guidelines may result in warning, limitation of access, refusal of support, termination of Free plan access, or legal action where necessary.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
